- 1 peeled banana
- 1/2 peeled orange
- kale (as needed)
- 1 1/2 cups of soy milk (or your favorite milk)
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
