Mango-Peach Turmeric Smoothie
- 1 pack Eat More Beans Steamed Bean Snack - Chickpeas
- 1 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup frozen yellow peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- Blend together the beans and 1/3 cup almond milk until smooth.
- Add the turmeric, ginger, peaches, mango and remaining 1 cup of almond milk.
- Blend once more until well combined and add more almond milk if needed.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
