Tropical Soy Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 pack Eat More Beans Steamed Edamame - Heart Healthy
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instruction
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
